Returns & Shipping
Due to the nature of our business, we have a strict 3-day return policy for pick up/drop off orders. We take extreme care throughout our curating process and choose quality pieces that are in new to gently used condition. However, if you have found a flaw that has unfortunately slipped through, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, and in original packaging. Any items sold to you with tags must be returned with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All sale items are final sale.
If your order was shipped, and meets our eligibility for a return, we will refund you up to 10 days from the shipping date. Please contact us immediately if you would like to request a return.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return an item, shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you've receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Currently, we offer shipping across Canada via Canada Post. Orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping!
We offer a local pick-up option for our Lower Mainland customers. Pick-up location is located in Pitt Meadows, BC. Choose this option at checkout and an email will be sent to you with information on how, when and where to pick up your order. All pick-up orders must be picked up within one week.
We offer a drop-off option to residents within 15km from Bow & Co (Pitt Meadows, BC) for a $5.00 fee on orders $25 and up. Select this option at checkout for more information.
